Key Requirements ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ✅ Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in an HR Manager role. ✅ Mandatory experience within a manufacturing environment. ✅ Strong knowledge of Jordanian Labor Law. ✅ Experience with SAP HR and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. ✅ Power BI knowledge is a plus. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition. Manage performance management, employee development, and succession planning. Oversee compensation & benefits administration. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Strengthen employee and industrial relations. Monitor HR KPIs and support organizational development initiatives. Preferred Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills.
