We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function within a manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven HR professional who is passionate about talent development, organizational effectiveness, and business growth.
Key Requirements
โ
Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
โ
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3โ5 years in an HR Manager role.
โ
Mandatory experience within a manufacturing environment.
โ
Strong knowledge of Jordanian Labor Law.
โ
Experience with SAP HR and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
โ
Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition.
Manage performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
Oversee compensation & benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Strengthen employee and industrial relations.
Monitor HR KPIs and support organizational development initiatives.
