Job Title: HR Officer

We are looking for a motivated HR Officer to join our dynamic team and support our HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes across the organization.
Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
Maintain and update HR databases using MENAITECH HR system.
Support payroll processing, employee benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR.
Expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Proven experience with MENAITECH HR system.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
