The ideal candidate will have strong administrative expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with proven experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize daily office operations efficiently.
• Prepare professional presentations and reports (PowerPoint).
• Draft, review, and manage official correspondence and administrative documents.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
• Develop and maintain reports, trackers, and data analysis using Excel.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain organized and confidential filing systems (physical and digital).
• Handle administrative and operational tasks as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• 3–5 years of proven experience in the same field (Office Manager).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office:
• Word
• Excel
• PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
