Export Sales & Logistics Officer

 Co. for Agricultural Services – Amman, Jordan is looking for a candidate to join our team as an Export Sales & Logistics Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

•Identify and reach out to potential regional customers and distributors.

•Manage existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

•Prepare quotations, handle inquiries, and follow up on sales leads.

•Coordinate all export logistics — documentation, shipping, and customs arrangements.

•Maintain and update customer and shipment data in company records.

•Communicate effectively with freight forwarders, and clients to ensure smooth export operations.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

•2–5 years of experience in export sales.

•Strong understanding of international trade procedures and export documentation.

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

•Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

•Excellent command of English (written & spoken).

•Only candidates based in Jordan will be considered.
