As part of our continued growth in Jordan, we are looking to hire a motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Officer to support the expansion of our corporate accounts, long-term rental business, and strategic partnerships.

Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Officer will be responsible for driving business growth through corporate sales initiatives, B2B partnerships, and long-term rental agreements.

 This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and strengthening Thrifty’s presence in the corporate market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new corporate accounts and long-term rental opportunities

Build and manage B2B partnerships with companies, embassies, NGOs, and other organizations

Promote and customize long-term rental solutions to meet corporate client requirements

Prepare proposals, pricing offers, contracts, and client presentations

Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and regular follow-ups

Meet or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets

Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure effective service delivery

Track market trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities

Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking activities

Support marketing initiatives aimed at the corporate segment

Required Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within car rental, automotive, hospitality, or service-based industries

Demonstrated experience in B2B sales and corporate account management

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships

Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

Knowledge of corporate contracts and pricing strategies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Valid Jordanian driving license is an advantage

Preferred Experience

Background in fleet management or corporate mobility solutions

Established network of corporate clients

Good understanding of the Jordanian corporate market
