A leading consulting company based in Amman is seeking a Business Development Executive with 2–4 years of solid B2B experience to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management, preferably within the consulting or professional services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute B2B business development strategies to identify, target, and secure new corporate clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers, senior stakeholders, and key accounts
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and industry trends
Manage the full B2B sales cycle, including lead generation, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure
Collaborate closely with internal consulting teams to align client needs with tailored service offerings
Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and commercial offers to prospective clients
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts
Consistently meet or exceed business development and revenue targets
Key Requirements:
2–4 years of proven B2B business development or sales experience, preferably within consulting, professional services, or corporate solutions
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, client acquisition, and account management
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to engage confidently with senior management and corporate decision-makers
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to growth and learning
