We’re Hiring | HR & Administration Specialist (4–6 Years Experience)
is looking for a proactive and people-focused HR & Admin Specialist to join our growing team in Amman - Jordan
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
Coordinate travel bookings and arrangements (visas, flights, accommodation)
Lead and support employee onboarding and induction
Contribute to building and strengthening company culture and engagement initiatives
Support HR operations, policies, and day-to-day administrative activities
Act as a point of contact for employees on HR and admin matters
Requirements:
4–6 years of experience in HR and Administration
Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
Fluent English
