We are currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator / Secretary to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft professional correspondences and formal documents
• Manage schedules, appointments, and office events
• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Develop and maintain efficient filing systems
• Support daily administrative operations and office tasks
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in office coordination or administrative roles
• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
