Act as a liaison between employees and the General Manager
Coordinate internal communication and follow up on management instructions
Prepare and manage official correspondence and documents
Organize meetings, agendas, and minutes
Handle daily administrative tasks and office coordination
Follow up on suppliers’ contracts and renewals
Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Previous administrative experience is preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
