Job Title: Production Manager – Industrial Sector
Location: {Jordan}

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee, manage, and optimize daily production operations . The role involves strategic production planning, performance monitoring, and continuous process improvement to ensure operational efficiency, high product quality, and cost-effective manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and control daily production operations across the manufacturing department.
Plan, organize, and manage production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.
Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules in line with operational requirements.
Prepare, analyze, and maintain production, productivity, and efficiency reports.
Monitor raw materials, consumables, and inventory levels to ensure smooth production flow.
Ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Identify production inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Utilize production planning and manufacturing management systems effectively.
Lead, supervise, and motivate production teams to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role, preferably in industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and manufacturing operations.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office and production management systems.
