Administrative Assistant
Location: Amman, Jordan

We are looking to hire a fresh and motivated female Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and executive coordination.
Requirements:
• Diploma holder (field of study is flexible).
• Previous experience is not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Typing skills are highly preferred.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate and manage the manager’s calendar and appointments.
• Professional attitude, quick learner, and proactive personality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports.
• Handle typing and basic administrative tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for the manager.
• Organize files and support daily office activities.
• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as required.
