Female Admin & Receptionist
Location: Amman - Abdali
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team.
- Coordinate office operations and communication between departments.
- Handle reports, documentation, and scheduling.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in administration (MFB experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
