• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
• Follow communication procedures and call guidelines
Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good verbal communication skills in English
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work shifts
