Role Overview:
The HR Manager will lead all Human Capital functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and policy implementation, ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains a capable and motivated workforce aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support business objectives.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for all operational and support positions.
Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with Jordanian labor law and company policies.
Lead the performance appraisal system and ensure fair and consistent implementation.
Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance staff skills and productivity.
Supervise payroll processing, compensation, and benefits administration.
Maintain HR records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
Support management in organizational development and succession planning initiatives.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (minimum).
Master’s degree or professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred.
Experience with ISO 9001/45001 HR compliance systems is an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 8–10 years of HR management experience, ideally in industrial, environmental, or services sectors.
Skills & Competencies:
Bilingual in Arabic and English
