🔹 Field Sales Representative

(Plastic & Carton Division) Work Location: Sahab – Al-Faisaliah Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ⸻

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales.

• Must own a private car.

• Strong background in sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Presentable and professional appearance.

• Good knowledge of local areas and markets

. • Preferably experienced in dealing with: hospitals, hotels, large restaurants, bakeries, and cafés. ⸻

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

2. Identify and attract new clients and open new markets.

3. Follow up on regular invoice collections.

4. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales and collections.

5. Commit to achieving sales targets and plans set by management.

• Basic Salary: 350 JOD per month

• Fuel covered by the company for official use

• Mobile line + business package provided

• Commission to be determined according to company policy

• Monthly sales target to be set later ⸻
