Senior_Data_and_AI_Analyst

The Company, one of the software leading companies in Jordan, is seeking to hiring a highly experienced Senior Data & AI Analyst to join our team and lead advanced data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate is not just skilled in data analysis but also proficient in modern AI technologies, forecasting models, and cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
2. Design, implement, and deploy advanced Machine Learning and Deep Learning models in production.
3. Lead Time Series Forecasting using models such as ARIMA, Prophet, LSTM, and Gradient Boosting.
4. Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and feature engineering workflows.
5. Apply MLOps best practices (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) to ensure reliable model deployment and monitoring.
6. Work with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Big Data ecosystems (Spark, Hadoop).
7. Perform statistical modeling, anomaly detection, correlation analysis, and advanced forecasting.
8. Develop interactive dashboards and BI solutions using Power BI or Tableau, integrated with live data sources.
9. Collaborate with business leaders to translate data insights into strategic growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analysis, Machine Learning, and AI-driven solutions.
2. Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels).
3. Deep knowledge of forecasting techniques and advanced time-series analysis.
4. Proven experience with cloud-based data platforms and data warehouse architectures.
5. Solid understanding of data quality management, feature engineering, and predictive analytics.
6. Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
7. Bonus: Industry experience in Sales Analytics or FMCG.
