🔔 Hiring | Financial Manager / Head of Finance

We are seeking a senior Financial Manager to lead the financial operations of a fast-growing, multi-entity group in Amman.

The role focuses on financial control, ERP-based reporting (Odoo preferred), cost optimization, taxation, and strategic decision support across multiple companies and branches.

Key Highlights:

• Full financial leadership for multi-branch and multi-entity operations

• ERP-driven P&L reporting (by branch, unit, and group)

• Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and cost control

• Inventory, production, and import costing

• Strong involvement in strategic and expansion decisions

Requirements:

• 7+ years in financial management

• Experience in multi-branch / manufacturing environments

• Strong ERP experience (Odoo or similar)

• Strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset
