Job Vacancy: Finance Officer
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately record and maintain all financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
• Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) to support management decisions.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and review accounts receivable and payable balances.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (collection bills, letters of credit).
• Follow up on accounts payable (issuing payments to suppliers) and accounts receivable (collections from agents and clients).
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and local regulations.
• Participate in the preparation of the annual budget in coordination with various departments.
• Monitor budget implementation and compare actual performance with the planned budget.
• Analyze financial variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Contribute to financial forecasting and cash flow management.
• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing required data and documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and banking, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in finance and budgeting.
• Strong knowledge in budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
