We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager for retail reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory management processes, ensuring optimal stock levels, and implementing best practices to enhance our supply chain efficiency. Your analytical skills and keen eye for detail will be vital in driving strategic inventory decisions that align with our company’s goals.

Responsibilities:

1- Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet operational demands, minimizing excess stock and ensuring product availability.

2- Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

3- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to forecast demand accurately and align inventory strategies.

4- Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements, analyze trends, and generate reports for senior management.

5- Conduct regular audits of inventory to maintain accuracy and identify discrepancies, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

6- Lead a team of inventory specialists, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.

7- Continuously assess and improve inventory management processes, leveraging data analytics to drive efficiencies.

Qualifications:

1- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2- Experience with ERP systems and data analytics tools.

3- 5-7 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations.

4- Proven track record in optimizing inventory processes and reducing costs.

5- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

6- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Excel.

7- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

6- Fluent in English.
