📌 We Are Hiring — Receptionist
📍 Location: Irbid-Jordan
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
⭐ Key Duties:
- Manage and organize office work and office supplies.
- Answer incoming phone calls, transfer callers to the concerned departments, and take messages when needed.
- Provide visitors and clients with the necessary information and explain available services and their requirements.
- Welcome visitors or clients and guide them to the assigned person or appropriate office.
- Receive and send packages, incoming and outgoing mail/courier.
- Provide administrative support to other departments when needed, such as printing documents or preparing presentations.
- Maintain the reception area clean, organized, and presentable to reflect a professional image of the company.
🏅 Requirements:
- High school diploma required; diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- (1–2 years) of experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
