A well-known company is looking for a proactive and emotionally intelligent Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and maintain a professional company image.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Welcome and assist visitors professionally
✔️ Manage calendars, meetings, and internal coordination
✔️ Handle internal communication and employee follow-ups
✔️ Draft official letters and reports (Excel & Word)
✔️ Maintain document filing and recordkeeping
✔️ Order office supplies and follow up on internal purchase requests
✔️ Book hotels and flights for traveling employees
✔️ Send the minutes (MoM) and key takeaways of meetings
✔️ Represent the company positively through professional conduct and high emotional intelligence
🎯 Requirements:
✔️ 1–2 years of experience (maximum) in a similar role – fresh graduates are welcome
✔️ Diploma or Bachelor's degree in English, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
✔️ Very good English (written and spoken) – Mandatory
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔️ Excellent communication skills and professional business writing
✔️ Strong personality, high emotional intelligence, and team spirit
