The role combines oversight of daily financial operations with long-term planning, risk management, and cost optimization. Key Responsibilities Financial reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Budgeting & forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, create financial models, and forecast company performance. Cash flow management: Ensure liquidity, manage funding needs, and optimize working capital. Compliance & audit: Enforce financial policies, oversee audits, and ensure regulatory filings are accurate and timely. Cost control: Identify savings opportunities and improve profitability. Risk management: Assess and mitigate financial risks. Team leadership: Supervise accountants/analysts, streamline processes, and implement best practices. Required Skills & Competencies Financial analysis and variance reporting. Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP). Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). Excellent communication skills to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders. Leadership and integrity to build trust and ensure ethical compliance. Education & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business. 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, ideally with exposure to international operations.
