Cyber Security Engineer 📍 Location: Amman, Jordan 💼 Experience: 5+ Years 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities * Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity solutions and controls. * Monitor and analyze security events, alerts, and potential threats. * Manage and configure firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, and other security technologies. * Conduct vulnerability assessments and support remediation activities. * Investigate security incidents and support incident response activities. * Perform security hardening for networks, systems, and infrastructure. * Identify security gaps and recommend appropriate technical solutions. * Prepare technical documentation, security reports, and recommendations. * Collaborate with technical teams to ensure security best practices are implemented. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. *Minimum 5 years of relevant cybersecurity experience. * Strong understanding of network security, operating systems, and security architecture. * Hands-on experience with Firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, Vulnerability Management, and Security Monitoring. * Good understanding of incident response and threat analysis. * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Relevant certifications such as CEH, Security+, CCNP Security, CISSP, or equivalent are a plus. * Good communication and documentation skills in Arabic and English.
