Finance Controller | Global Finance Leadership 🌍 We are looking for a Finance Controller to lead and oversee global finance operations across Spain, Morocco, USA, KSA, and Consulting. This role will be responsible for ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, effective controls, and alignment of finance operations across multiple jurisdictions. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Oversee end-to-end financial operations across global entities • Lead group consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and reporting • Ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements • Drive budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and cash flow management • Oversee tax compliance, working capital, treasury, and FX exposure • Strengthen internal controls, governance, and segregation of duties • Coordinate with auditors, advisors, local finance teams, and senior management • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing 🔹 Global Leadership & Transformation: • Lead and develop finance teams across multiple countries and cultures • Standardize accounting policies and finance processes globally • Drive finance transformation, automation, and process optimization • Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and UAT, including Microsoft D365 • Improve reporting quality, efficiency, transparency, and scalability • Provide strategic financial insights and decision support to senior leadership This is a high-impact global finance leadership role for a finance professional who can combine strong technical accounting expertise with strategic thinking, governance, and cross-functional leadership. 📩 Please send your CV to: the provided contact method
