THE ROLE The Group HR Manager will lead and oversee all HR functions for the group, ensuring alignment with business objectives, Kuwait Labour Law, and best practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business goals. · Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning. · Lead employee relations, engagement, and culture development across the group. · Ensure compliance with Kuwait Labour Law and government regulations. · Manage compensation, benefits, and HR budget. · Drive HR digital transformation and process improvement. · Partner with senior management to support organizational growth and change. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (Master’s degree is a plus) · 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role. · Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law and HR best practices. · Proven experience in HR strategy, talent management, and employee relations. · Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
