Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a data-driven professional who can demonstrate measurable results, analyze campaign performance, and leverage leading marketing tools to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and display channels
-Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Business Suite
-Schedule, monitor, and analyze social media performance using Hootsuite and Sprout Social
-Track, measure, and report campaign KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates
-Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and messaging
-Generate detailed performance reports and dashboards to communicate campaign effectiveness to stakeholders
-Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing strategies
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
-6+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management
-Proven track record of managing successful campaigns with measurable outcomes
-Hands-on experience with marketing tools including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social
-Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
Preferred Qualifications:
-Certifications in Google Ads or social media marketing
-Experience with SEO/SEM and marketing automation tools
-Familiarity with CRM platforms and email marketing tools
