A Leading Drug Store in Amman- Jordan is looking to hire a Medical Representative with a solid experience to join its team as follows:

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute calls on physicians and pharmacists using the digital tools made available by our Company, to meet individual/team targets and the organization's business objectives.

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers through a highly professional approach and strict application of our Company's standards of ethics and integrity.

• Implement effectively marketing initiatives and strategy. Provide accurate details for products to the customers (HCP) Health Care Professionals and/ or any non- medical entities which affect/ increase the sales figures of the Department.

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies, regarding time and place.

• Organize meetings with the doctors and health care professions according to the monthly plan.

• Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback

• Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.

• At least 1-year experience as medical representative.

• A demonstrated track record of performance excellence in meeting targets and objectives.

• Positive attitude, agility, solution focus mindset and result orientation.

• Drive for success and continuous personal development.

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Fluent in the English language.

• Having a car with a valid driving license.
