Quality Control Director Location: Amman, Jordan Department: Quality Control Department About the Role: The QC Director will manage and supervise the technical and administrative affairs of quality control and quality assurance across the factory, building a company-wide quality system in line with ISO 9001:2015. 🔹Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage incoming, in-process, and finished product inspections • Establish quality targets, tolerances, and acceptance criteria • Develop and maintain QC inspection procedures and standards • Support manufacturing and technical teams in troubleshooting production and assembly issues • Contribute to the implementation of company-wide quality systems in accordance with ISO 9000 standards • Drive continuous improvement and build a strong quality-focused culture • Lead and develop a high-performing Quality Control team 🔹 Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering • 20+ years of experience in production and quality control within mixed manufacturing environments • 10+ years in senior QC management • Strong experience with composites, plastics, metalworking, fabrication, electrical/electronic systems, integration, and assembly • Experience developing QC SOPs for electromechanical and mechatronic systems • Experience implementing and documenting ISO 9000 quality systems • Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills • Proficiency in English 📩 Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to: the provided contact method (Subject: Quality Control Director)
