Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tenders and Sales Engineer role based in Amman, Jordan. The role involves preparing and reviewing technical and commercial tender documents and coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely, accurate submission of bids. The Tenders and Sales Engineer will engage with customers to understand technical requirements, propose suitable solutions, and support the sales process from initial inquiry through order closing Daily responsibilities include handling technical queries, preparing quotations, tracking opportunities, and maintaining records in sales and tender management tools. Qualifications & Requirements Experience Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience as a Proposal Engineer, Sales Engineer, within the industrial equipment. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills and professional verbal interaction with customers and partners. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent practical experience in industrial equipment, power, oil & gas, water, or related sectors in Jordan is highly beneficial.
