Job Title: Credit Controller Key Duties & Responsibilities: Manage and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments. Process payment applications, reconcile accounts, and follow up on overdue balances. Manage credit risk and monitor customers' credit limits. Prepare and analyze periodic reports related to collections and financial performance. Handle deductions, credit notes, and follow up on blocked or pending sales orders. Perform regular reconciliations of customer and distributor accounts and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure an efficient collection cycle. Comply with relevant company policies, procedures, and internal controls. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit control. Previous experience in the FMCG industry is preferred. Good knowledge of ERP systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
