HR Officer
A leading company in Amman is seeking to hire an experienced HR Officer to join its team. looking for a qualified candidate with hands-on experience in managing daily HR operations and contributing to business development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full recruitment cycle and talent acquisition process.
* Handle employee affairs and daily administrative tasks.
* Prepare payroll, overtime, and monthly deductions.
* Monitor attendance records, leaves for employees.
* Manage social security files and related procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources.
* Practical experience using MenaITech system.
* Good knowledge of Jordanian Labor Law and Social Security regulations.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
