Al Khalidi Hospital & Medical Center is looking for Customer Experience Officer to fulfil the job vacancy according to the following conditions:
- The job holder is responsible for providing the highest level of care to customers through the organization. They will ensure that all standards of medical and non-medical practices are provided in line with corporate and international healthcare rules and regulations.
- Bachelor degree in a Hotels management, Administration, Humanity fields or any related fields.
- Previous experience in customer experience is a must, if not previous experience, then a passion to serve and to learn. Specifically, 5 star hotel experience or similar, minimum 1 year.
- Knowledge of spoken and written English. The ability to speak other languages is an advantage.

• Passion to serve
