Scheduling physical visits with customers
Assist in resolving customer inquires/complaints.
Updating customers account data, as required.
Provides information on our packages and prices.
Assist in choosing the best package for the customer.
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
Fulfills all duties as communicated and assigned by the direct manager.
Customer Service Oriented
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Good in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
2 days off per week .
8 working hours
Must be Presentable
