Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/None Job Description: Parsons are currently hiring for a Program Training Coordinator to join our team in Jazan, KSA. Job Overview To support the Program Training Manager in the delivery of a multi-year Training Program serving the professional development needs and continuous best practice updates of diverse staff from the Royal Commission and Parsons in JCPDI. Our fast pace is your fast track to accomplishment Lead like-minded colleagues: upbeat, confident people who are ready and able to do whatever it takes to follow through, and who are geared up to handle urgencies. Major Activities Performed: Map out annual training plans for each department Source training solutions to meet identified requirements Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g., simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes, on-line training etc.) and agree with the Training Manager Create training schedules for all departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for both Royal Commission and Parsons. Use known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques Design, prepare and order training aids and materials Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs and report to the Training Manager Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each session Maintain updated curriculum database and training records Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts Successfully manage logistics for training activities including venues and equipment Experience and Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Training, Human Resources, or a related subject A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar role Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate) Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques Experience with e-learning platforms Strong computer skills are essential with experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments Excellent time management skills and the ability to work with little supervision to accomplish deadlines. Proficient problem solving and critical thinking. Strong communication skills. You are an effective communicator It takes clarity of mind to communicate as well as you do.
